Nice!!
A good day to ride a bicycle. Some headwind, but less than usual, and even a tail wind from time to time. A great birthday gift. Thank's mother nature !
The road mellowed as it veered away from the lake. My cyclometer broke 40 km/hr going downhill for the first time since I dont Know when. (normally I need to pedal on the descents to keep from slowing down due to wind). The road conditions weren't great with 12-16 inch shoulder with broken pavement.
I rolled into Wawa around 2 ish. Early to stop, but I have things to do. Otherwise, its another 105 km.
Staying here allows me to get some much needed laundry done. Find some flip flops or sandles, and a note pad for log entries, oh, and food for the next day. So, I got a cheap motel across from the Beer store, and the grocery store.
